Yeah, I never could agree with that art is all subjective when it comes to quality. To say there is no good or bad art, only opinions, is like saying there are no grade B or worse movies, badly designed video games, or poorly written literature. No one says movies, books, and video game quality is subjective, so why do they say that about art?

Take Andy Warhol. I think he was a great innovator, but he was a terrible artist. While his innovations in print should be admired, his art should be called out as being awful.

Also, I don’t feel like art has to be realistic to be good. I think there is wonderful realistic art and terrible realistic art. There is wonderful simplistic art and terrible simplistic art. I do hate photorealism though, finding it to be a cheap copy.
